The Government of Alberta has announced nearly $10 million in funding for 81 projects across the province, through the Northern and Regional Economic Development (NRED) program.
Part of that funding includes $75,000.00 for Brazeau County and $60,100.00 for the Village of Breton.
Provincial officials say the funding for Brazeau County will be used to develop an economic strategy that includes branding, marketing and business retention, as part of the County’s ongoing efforts to attract investments and support growth in the region.
Similarly, they say the funding for the Village of Breton will be used to support branding, website development and marketing.
