Parkland RCMP are requesting the public’s help in locating 30-year-old Caroline Biscaye.
Mounties say they are concerned for her well-being and would like to speak with her. Police say Caroline was last seen at the Best Western Hotel in Stony Plain on Dec. 3, 2023, and it is believed she may currently be in downtown Edmonton.
Caroline Biscaye is described as:
- Female;
- Medium complexion;
- 5 feet, 3 inches;
- 150 pounds;
- Black hair;
- Brown eyes; and
- Was last wearing a black hoodie, green pants, grey scarf, and black sneakers.
